Notice of Funding Availability

 
 
 

The Orange County Housing Finance Trust (OCHFT) has issued Addendum #2 to the 2024 Notice of Funding Availability to extend the availability of funds through July 2026.

The OCHFT has $2,665,569.28 remaining under the 2024 NOFA, including $1,493,556.72 in Mental Health Services Act funds and $1,172,012.56 in Local Housing Trust Fund funds, available to the following cities.

  • Dana Point

  • Fountain Valley

  • Irvine

  • La Habra

  • Laguna Beach

  • Lake Forest

  • Newport Beach

  • San Juan Capistrano

  • Santa Ana

  • Stanton

  • Tustin

  • Westminster

  • Yorba Linda

Application due dates for the upcoming Trust Board meetings are:

  • December 5, 2025 for the January 21, 2026 Board meeting;

  • February 6, 2026 for the March 18, 2026 Board meeting;

  • April 10, 2026 for the May 20, 2026 Board meeting; and

  • June 11, 2026 for the July 15, 2026 Board meeting.
