The 2020 Permanent Supportive Housing Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) provided for the availability of eleven million, four-hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($11,450,000) in Orange County Housing Finance Trust (OCHFT) funds that promoted the new construction or acquisition/rehabilitation of Permanent Supportive Housing affordable for Orange County’s extremely low-income households who are homeless by providing below market rate financing.
