The Orange County Housing Finance Trust, County, and Cities share a common goal of creating 2,700 permanent supportive housing units by June 30, 2025. This page tracks the progress of that goal since June 2018 and reports the details related to each project.

In addition, the Orange County Housing Finance Trust maintains a development pipeline to help anticipate future project needs and advocate for more resources for affordable housing in Orange County. Projects that are on the Trust’s pipeline receive points in the annual NOFAs. Developers can add their projects to the Trust’s pipeline here.
