2023 Notice of Funding Availability
The 2023 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) provides for the availability of eighteen million, one-hundred eighty-eight thousand, nine-hundred eighty-seven dollars and twenty cents ($18,188,987.20) in Orange County Housing Finance Trust (OCHFT) funds that promoted the new construction or acquisition/rehabilitation of Permanent Supportive and Affordable Housing affordable for Orange County’s extremely low-income households by providing below market rate financing.
The initial deadline for applications is March 22, 2023 at 5:00pm. The online application form is available HERE.
